Five, 2000 sq. ft. custom built townhomes in Manayunk. Each features 3-bedrooms, 2-1/2 bath, hardwood floors, ceramic tile, and a one-car garage. Off-street parking is also included along with rear concrete patio and second floor wood deck . |

Bonnie and Sheldon Goodman Residence
Collegeville, PA
A 2500 SF custom home in the style of a country barn, this residence has 30’ high knotty pine cathedral ceilings in kitchen, great room and master bedroom areas. There are pine floors throughout the living spaces with ceramic tile in the bathrooms. The layout includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a two-car garage and a wrap around porch. The spacious kitchen (shown at left) is outfitted with pine cabinets with ceramic tile counter tops & backsplash.
