Charles J. Viola - President


Charles started his construction company in 1980 after thorough training in construction at the Central Montgomery County Vocational Technical School and the Williamson Trade School in Media, Pennsylvania. Charles also completed a certificate program for Business Management at the prestigious Wharton School in Philadelphia.

In his time as President of the organization, he has been responsible for more than $50M worth of construction projects within the Delaware Valley ranging from new commercial building projects to custom homes, additions, “roof raises” and renovations on residential and commercial projects.

Charles is a Eucharistic minister, a lector, a school board member and an active community leader with high ethical values, who believes in hard work, honesty and a job well done.

In 2004 Charles received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the Center for Technical Studies in Plymouth Township, Pennsylvania.

Steven Davis - Construction Superintendent


Steve is a real seasoned veteran of construction. He has more than 45 years of experience ranging from the construction of high-rises to the building of churches, restaurants and an airport along with many other commercial buildings.

Steve began his career building bridges in western Pennsylvania and grew through the ranks as an ironworker and carpenter. He has been working for Charles since 1999 and is responsible for many of the firm’s large commercial and industrial projects. He is a team player and prides himself on his ability to work well with all those involved with a project from the owner, the architect, and engineer to the subcontractors and inspectors.

Steve was responsible for field supervision of the Conicelli Toyota and Stroehmann Bakery projects, as well as the Goodwill Industries retail store in Chichester. Steve was general superintendent of Kildare’s Authentic Irish Pub project in King of Prussia, PA.
